Shipping Information

Processing:
Normal order processing time is 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 4 pm EST begins processing on the next business day. For orders during the Holidays, allow up to 10 business days for processing. We are closed on ALL FEDERAL HOLIDAYS. For the "Killin The Game" subscription boxes please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. 

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via UPS , and are insured up to the $100 in value. An email with tracking information will be sent once order is shipped. 

Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, please file all lost or stolen claims with UPS directly. Please verify correct address before placing your order.

Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged you have 24 hours from the time the package is delivered  to file a claim by sending us an email and a clear picture of the damaged goods to support@ericasbeautyshop.com.com and we will be happy to assist you and get your order replaced in a timely manner.

Cancellation:
Order’s cannot be canceled after it has been placed. All sales are final. We don’t provide refunds or exchanges. Please email us at
