Shipping Information

Processing:
Normal order processing time is 4-6 business days. Orders placed after 4 pm EST begins processing on the next business day. For orders during the Holidays, allow up to 10 business days for processing. We are closed on ALL FEDERAL HOLIDAYS.  Due To COVID-19 Allow 1-5 Weeks For Shipping + Processing. Orders can be shipped and processed sooner. 

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and are insured up to the box value. An email with tracking information will be sent once order is shipped. 

Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, please file all lost or stolen claims with USPS directly. Please verify correct address before placing your order.

Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged you have 24 hours from the time the package is delivered  to file a claim by sending us an email and a clear picture of the damaged goods to support@ericasbeautyshop.com.com and we will be happy to assist you and get your order replaced in a timely manner.

Cancellation:
Order’s cannot be canceled after it has been placed. All sales are final. We don’t provide refunds or exchanges. Please email us at

What is Erica's Rewards?

Erica's Rewards is our way of thanking our loyal guests for choosing Erica's Beauty Shop. As a member, you'll feel the love by being rewarded with exclusive offers sent to you via email and mail. The program is free; simply shop like you always do — and get rewarded for it.

How does it work?

When checking out in-store give the beauty associate your email or phone number. The associate will gladly look up your email and ensure that you receive your points.

When checking out online, be sure you're logged into your My Account page at ericasbeautyshop.com. Then, just make sure you're logged in before you check out, and your purchases will automatically be credited to your member account.

How does the points system work?

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.

Is Erica's Rewards a credit card?

No. Erica's Rewards is a free program that offers you benefits for your love of self-care. It's that simple! Earn points every time you shop at Erica's Beauty Shop and redeem points for discounts on any of our 10,000 products. 

Does it cost anything to be a member?

No — enrollment in the Erica's Rewards program is FREE. ITS LIT!

How do I earn points in-store?

Every time you shop at Erica's Beauty Shop, when checking out in-store give the beauty associate your email or phone number. The associate will gladly look up your email and ensure that you receive your points.

How do I earn points online?

Make sure when checking out online, be sure your logged into your My Account page at ericasbeautyshop.com. Then, just make sure you're logged in before you check out, and your purchases will automatically be credited to your member account.

How are points calculated?

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. 

When do my points appear in my rewards account?

For in-store and online purchases, you earn points immediately. (Unless our systems are down. In that case, we will process your points within 24 hours after your purchase.)

Do all my purchases count toward my points?

You can earn points on all our products. However, gift cards, shipping charges, discounts from vendor coupons (or other similar discount coupons), taxes, and fees are not eligible for points. 

How long are points valid?

Points will never expire at the end of the year after the date they were earned. Check your receipt, ericasbeautyshop.com account, or your monthly email statement for the next expiration date.

How do I know if I have points expiring?

You can find the current number of points expiring in your receipt, on ericasbeautyshop.com account and in your monthly email statement. Don't let your points expire. Shop Today!

Will I receive any birthday gifts?

Yes, if you provide us with your birthday, you will receive 150 Bonus Points.  Plus a sample sized gift of your choice. 

How do I apply a missing transaction to my account?

If you have the receipt from the purchase please contact us as support@ericasbeautyshop.com

What happens to my points when I return an item?

Your points, base and bonus, are deducted from your points balance.

Can I return an item without a receipt?

A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. If you have lost your receipt and used your email for the purchase the store can look it up for you.

My statement shows that I have a certain amount of points, but I know I've spent more than this. What should I do?

Please contact us at support@ericasbeautyshop.com and we will assist you.

Can I share my membership with a family member or friend?

No, the Erica's Rewards account is individual and non-transferable.

How can I check to see if I have any offers or points?

To check your points balance and your bonus point offers online log into your account profile.

Why do I need to activate my membership account on my online profile?

Linking your membership to your online profile allows you to earn and redeem points on online orders, as well as track your account status and points balance. Feel the love and activate your membership account.

I forgot my password to access the ericasbeautyshop.com. What do I do?

During the sign-in process, click the "Forgot your password?" link. A new password will be sent to the email address associated with your online account.

Can I change my online profile user name?

Yes! You can change your user name in the My Account section.

I forgot the user name I used when I signed up. What do I do?

During the sign-in process, click the "Forgot your user name?" link. Provide the email address associated with your online account, and your user name will be sent to you.

How do I enroll in the Erica's Rewards program?

Online

If you do not have an Erica's Beauty Shop online account: Click "Sign in" on the rewards button on the bottom of the page. Click "Create an Account". Follow the steps to create an online account and join our Rewards program.

Store

Ask our store associates. They'll happily enroll you in the Erica's Rewards program. It's quick, easy, and incredibly worth your while.

My family has more than one Erica's Beauty Shop shopper. Can we have additional Erica's Rewards memberships?

Yes, every family member can have one Erica's Rewards membership. Just remember that memberships cannot be combined.

Where I can I find my points balance?

To check your Erica's Rewards point balance, simply go to ericasbeautyshop.com and sign in to your online account or create an account and provide your email during the process. Once you are logged in, click on the REWARDS button to view your points.

Every time you make a purchase in-store, your points balance will be listed at the bottom of your receipt.

We will send you a monthly statement email with your points balance and other account information. Make sure you are signed up for Erica's Beauty Shop emails so we can send you some love.

What if I forgot to use my rewards card during an in-store purchase or I didn't add my member ID to my online account during checkout?

You can submit your missing transactions online. Just have your receipt handy, and contact us at support@ericasbeautyshop.com

How do I redeem my points in-store?
At checkout, ask the associate for your points balance. You can start redeeming when you have at least 100 available points.
Tell the associate how many points you want applied to your purchase, following the increments in the table below or a combination of increments. Use some or all of them — it's up to you.

How do I redeem my points online?

Make sure you are logged in and your Erica's Rewards points is located at the bottom of the page of ericasbeautyshop.com. When you finish adding all products to your cart, proceed to checkout and provide your shipping information. When you get to the payment page, find the field at the bottom redeem your point and copy and paste the code into your apply discount code.

Can I use my points with other discounts and specials offered by Erica's Beauty Shop?

Yes, your points can be combined with other discounts and special offers, as well as any form of payment accepted at Erica's Beauty Shop. For example, you can redeem your points and use the magazine coupons (e.g., $3.50 off $10) in the same transaction.

What items do not qualify for point redemption?

Most products are eligible for point redemption. Gift cards, taxes, and fees are excluded. 

What happens if I return something I bought using points redemption?

If you use your rewards points to buy something and then return that item, you will receive only what you paid in cash plus the points you redeemed back to use on a future purchase. If you originally purchased more than one item in your redemption transaction, you will receive the proportionate amount of points back. If you want to exchange the item for something else in the store, the associate will apply the same points discount to the new item.

Can I give my points to a friend or family member?

No, Erica's Rewards points are not transferable.
